Join our Community Breath Breaks – a weekly gathering where we come together to journal and talk about our mental health and healing journey. It’s like a safe space to share, learn, and support each other.

We have two ongoing groups: “Breath Break: Mental Health & Healing” and “Breath Break: Chronic Illness.” These are places where you can talk openly about your experiences and find understanding.

When you get the Breath Breaks Monthly membership, you can join any of these groups anytime you want. Plus, you’ll get a digital journal to help you with your own reflections.
